Who is responsible

Viacheslav Hordiienko (“I”, “me”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the AI booking assistant.

What data I collect

When you use the AI booking assistant (via Telegram), I may collect:

• Your name
• Contact details you share (email, phone)
• Business name and type
• Website address
• Messages you send to the assistant
• Your selected call slot and time zone
• Calendar event details

Why I collect it

• To arrange the audit call and send a calendar confirmation
• To prepare for the conversation based on your business context
• To send call reminders or follow-up messages if needed
• To improve the assistant and the service

Tools and sub-processors

Your data is processed using:

• Telegram — messaging platform (Telegram Messenger Inc.)
• Google Calendar — calendar invites and availability (Google LLC)
• Google Sheets — lead and conversation storage (Google LLC)
• n8n — workflow automation (n8n GmbH)
• Anthropic Claude — AI model used to understand your messages (Anthropic, PBC)

Messages you send to the assistant are forwarded to the Anthropic API for processing. Only the content needed to handle your request is sent. No payment data or sensitive personal information is collected or forwarded.

Retention

• Unqualified or inactive leads: deleted after 90 days
• Qualified leads and booking records: kept while the business relationship is active
• Upon your written request: personal data will be deleted where technically and legally possible

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data I hold about you
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
